When all Premium Founding Member spots for a trade in a postcode are taken, new tradies join a waitlist. They'll be notified when a spot opens. This is by design — it ensures our premium members get the exclusivity they pay for.

Why does pricing vary by location and trade? ▼

High-demand trades in busy CBD areas generate more leads and higher-value jobs. Our tiered model reflects this — a Sydney CBD electrician gets far more platform value than a regional tiler. You only pay more when the platform delivers more.

Can I switch plans later? ▼

Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Verified, or from Verified to Premium at any time (if spots are available). Downgrading is available, but you'll lose your Founding Member rate permanently.

How is verification done? ▼

We verify ABNs against the Australian Business Register and check state licence databases where applicable. ID verification is also required. This maintains trust for both homeowners and tradies.

Is there a contract or lock-in? ▼
